Returns & Exchanges

  • Return or exchange requests must be raised within 72 hours of delivery.

  • Products must be unworn, unwashed, unused and with original tags attached.

  • Full-price products are eligible for exchange, store credit or refund, subject to inspection.

  • Sale, clearance and promotional items are not eligible for cash refunds. Exchange or store credit may be offered where applicable.

  • Replacement products cannot be returned or exchanged again.

  • Accessories and products marked Final Sale are non-returnable except where required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Products

Any damaged, defective or incorrect product must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.

For missing products or visibly damaged parcels, contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed after the returned product is received and inspected.

A ₹150 return/handling charge may be deducted where applicable. Original COD/shipping charges are non-refundable where permitted by law.

Refund processing may take approximately 10–15 working days.

Do not send products back without receiving return instructions from our team.

Return Conditions

Denim Dept may reject a return if the product:

  • Has been worn, washed, altered or damaged

  • Has missing/removed tags

  • Does not match the product originally supplied

  • Is returned outside the applicable return period

  • Falls under a clearly disclosed non-returnable category

Consumer Rights

This Policy is governed by applicable laws of India. Nothing in this Policy is intended to restrict customers' statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law.
