We aim to process and deliver your Denim Dept orders as quickly and safely as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 working days after confirmation.

During sales, new launches, holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

2. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery within India:

Kerala: 2–5 working days
Other States: 4–8 working days
Remote locations may require additional time.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on courier serviceability and circumstances outside our reasonable control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Free-shipping offers may be available based on order value or promotional campaigns.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, tracking details will be sent to your registered phone number or email where available.

5. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address, PIN code and phone number.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once an order has been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

6. Failed or Refused Delivery

If delivery fails because of an incorrect address, customer unavailability or refusal to accept the shipment, additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.

7. Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your Order ID and clear photos/videos of the package.
